Pfizer Case Study

The conventional methods of drug discovery at Pfizer include experimental recording data in paper lab notebooks. The process usually goes through a cumbersome print/sign/scan/fax routine to obtain signatures from witnesses. The time spent on the traditional print/sign/scan/fax cycle was negatively impacting the patents and other intellectual property rights in addition to lost productivity and staggering costs. In an endeavor to improve its processes, Pfizer collaborated with MSB Docs.
