ICON traditionally employed manual document signing processes to handle all its documentation needs. Management of these documents was labor-intensive and slowed down the entire process as paper documents were routed for multiple signatures, tracked, collected, and manually archived upon receipt. ICON required a validated 21 CFR Part 11 compliant electronic signing solution that was quickly deployable, cost-effective, and enabled both internal and external signatories to sign documents quickly and securely. MSB Docs fulfilled that requirement and serving them successfully.
