The culture overall is very friendly In terms of Cons: I don’t think the processes and systems are efficient. We have not communicated dates or planning processes clearly. I would prefer the MSB team to be more organized and clearly communicate dates of deliveries with commitments to deliver on time. This is very typical of growing organizations.”
